EAA has technical advisors that will come look at your project to see if there are any obvious problems while it is under construction. It is free and they have people familiar with many different airframes. All that is required to use this service is being a member of EAA.

He's doing a great job. It will fly just fine. Looks like he has everything nailed down. So many builders start adding and changing stuff once they begin and that can add years to a project. Trust me, I built my fast build Velocity in only 12 years...
