Thought you played well! And no matter the situation, losing a big pot with KK vs AA will always leave a person with a sick feeling. More tournaments please, you okay them well and seem to have a good chance of having deep runs, which pay out really well.

Ups and downs in Variance Town, Rampage. All you can do is say, I came, I saw, I did what I could. Sometimes that's all anyone can do. One Full Tilt commercial had Gus Hansen talk about playing your best and "sometimes even then that's still not enough." No shame man.

I enjoy your channel. The chase, hunt, and/or the adrenaline rush. "A rose by any other name is still a rose." In various degrees we all crave it. A big win provides a big rush. That is also known as excitement. When it comes a burden or hampers someone, it becomes a stress disorder. That is the biggest tell there is. You chased the tournaments, changed to cash game, and in most instances, you recognized the possible hands. No one bets because it is Wednesday. They think or pray they have the winner. Recognize the chase.in others and use it as a friend..

Price increases were widespread: Energy prices jumped 3.5% in November and are up 33.3% year over year. Gasoline is a stunning 58.1% higher than it was a year ago. Food prices have also climbed 6.1% higher over the year, while used car and truck prices - a major component of the inflation increase - are up 31%.

Agreed. I'm not sure what betting 40% pot accomplishes there. AA, KK, QQ, and AJ pretty much have to call, and you block him from having AhKh and AhQh. So you're pretty much just hoping to fold out his random ace highs that barreled two streets with, which there aren't very many of.
@jamesdupree9799
@jamesdupree9799 2 жыл бұрын
@@brusso-kg1ir Ehhh, I mean sorta. If I have KK there and get C/R on flop I’m probably coming over the top wanting to get value from all his draws. If I just call and see the bottom card pair I’m never folding to a turn shove. Too many draws and counterfeited 2 pair hands. He played the hand well except a shove on the river makes the best sense.

I can totally relate to your desire for more tournaments. I played primarily cash for the past few years and started playing tournaments again the past few months and have found good success. I used to dread the tournaments, but now I find myself enjoying them more than the cash games. I enjoy your content on both. Side note, I’m pretty sure we played together at Bellagio in a 10/20 cash game on November 17th. Was that you eating the steak dinner at the table? Lol I got coolered twice that night at that table with queens under kings and queens under aces.

Be interested to know more about your Q5cc with showdown turned into a bluff. Sure in these spots more often than not villain holds a weaker Tx and pair of 5s are no good. But you rarely face a bluff that 5x can’t beat and the combos of hands you target folds from are less than the combos of 3 straights you unblock. Given you don’t hold a 3x 6x or 8x hand opponent can have A3, 68 and 63 for all the straights. Holding clubs makes it less likely opponent has missed flush draw and less combos of A5 suited bluffs you are targeting folds from. I think it’s great when the play comes off but is it a losing play in the long run?
