We have had flood parties, coop curfew parties, covid curfew parties, parties in the streets when we lost the semifinal to the world cup, parties when we did actually qualify for the world cup lol. I am saying building materials goes up and never comes back down. For foreigners its better when the cedis to dollars is up. For example i can get more cedis to dollars to buy building materials.

The dollar with rise again soon now that the election is over.
