Appreciate it! When we plastered we mixed in a water proofing chemical and will use waterproofing sealant when done

How much do you think it would cost now to get an acre of land, on a hill, with a sea view??? I’m interested in Ghana coastal areas anywhere from Kokrobite to Takoradi.
