Bro so from foundation to where you have gotten to. How much money have you spent in USD?

I’ve spent about 47,000 USD from foundation till this stage as seen in the video , i took in charge my self after some few months when i started the project & that’s what helped me, but if let’s say someone was taking in charge it will be more than 47,000 USD. So when building kindly keep an eye if you’re not taking in charge your self.

Hmmmm bro mine is four bedroom with sturdy room and it's not a storey building. I spent 123,000 usd to complete everything and this was between march 2020 and february 2022. But i wasn't in charge until we got to the lentil stage. And it's without the cost of the land ooooo hmmmm

@leosismenz347 oh sorry bro, Same happened to me bro, but it was in the early stage and i acted fast before the decking was done but they still got much to eat thou, if not like i would have spend much and still got no where till now. People are wicked this days bro, so i pray those who are outside ghana find better people to hand over their project to. It’s sad bro, but God is in Control.

No Please , The metal designs only cost 3,730 Ghana Cedis The others stuffs mentioned was the Main gate which cost : 8,520 GHS Small Gate which cost : 2,450 GHS

Lol , don’t only think about that.. Think about emergency too. What incase “lets say, something happens to you and you’re calling for help, how will someone see you if your whole wall is closed” ask your self. So don’t just think about one reason, and beside the reason you gave that “Some one can see if you’re home or not”, just keep in mind that you’re not sleeping on the compound, so how will someone know if you’re inside or not if you don’t come out yourself?. Go and Find out why walls are open in most countries. It helps a lot, neighbors can even rescue you from petty theft. Think about it well. About 80% people make open design in their walls especially , some even do it for the entire wall. And i think it was even issued in Ghana some years ago that walls should be open so people for safety.
