Mr Sarfo. I used to be one of them in the past in Ghana before l had the opportunity to come to the USA. Think about it. How much did you pay them as labour? Compare to what labour is in the USa. Transportation alone will take a chunk of the money. Trust me. Buying the right tools for the job is practically impossible. I have been in it and l can speak on this w/o being bias. Hmmmm you have a point bro but let’s also look at how much some of them charge 😂. A mason takes 150 ghc. Often times they will stay onsite till they are done. They don’t pay taxes 😂. Bro this tiler was going to take 8000 cedis just for the top floor u see in the vid. He was charging 40 cedis per sq meter.

Just speak the truth; if you give your word, keep it. Don't take the money, then do the last part of the job half azzed. Build a brand, a reputation for excellent work so the customer will send new buyers. Can't compare U.S. to Ghana in absolute values because wages are higher, but so are living costs. Excellent video and commentary.

@@pellpell6920 bro as I type this can you imagine that I paid for Mazonia doors 12th January..it’s 14th April and the doors have not been delivered. I went to Ashiaman Timber Market last Friday to confront them. They were still giving me stories. They could not refund the money. All they could say is that the doors will be delivered this week. Can you imagine? These are some of the things I am talking about.

@@albertaddai-sarfo9074 Exactly. Learned in Gh..do not pay all up front. Partial payment, monitor details, quality, give out trust sparingly. Otherwise, disappointment is scheduled for delivery; people will be staring at you as though you're a cyclop with 9 heads with a sort of didn't you know, what did you expect -look on their face
