The DPM is wider and covers a large surface area whereas the DPC is smaller and are mostly used for block works. You can get some to buy in Accra around Tesano

To be able to determine the cost for fencing a lot has to be taken into consideration such as the topology of the place, the nature of the soil, cost of materials among others. Without those information, it's difficult to give cost.

Prices will vary from architect to architect however you can spend between 4000 cedis to about 10,000 cedis on such a plan, depending on the architect
