The workmen forgot to spread the DPC on the floor before the first course hence spreading it on top of it for some sections.

The DPM is wider and covers a large surface area whereas the DPC is smaller and are mostly used for block works. You can get some to buy in Accra around Tesano

To be able to determine the cost for fencing a lot has to be taken into consideration such as the topology of the place, the nature of the soil, cost of materials among others. Without those information, it's difficult to give cost.
