What we agreed on was the percentage cost of total materials for plastering. You can also negotiate per day and ensure they start work on time. But the former is more recommended

Forgive me, but the block work looks horrible. Also, the electric looks horrible. Why do people insist on chiseling out the block when you can install the boxes and piping in the webs of the block 🤔. It makes more sense to do it that way and it’s a better looking job.
