Yeah , according to few researches this is better than to do a complete screeding before laying your tiles.. because when heart evaporate from the ground this method will absorb it.. But for the other method, the heat will try to find it way out which cause the tiles to be shaking and also be removing as well.. So in my Opinion this method is the best and also saves you lot of money.. You can also make some few enquiries and know which method to choose. Thanks for sharing your thoughts

Bruh i'm also building but spanish tiles is the best tiles and it's so expensive than what you think because i bought one box for 60*120 for 500 ghana cedi And i needed 780 boxes for the whole house so imagine,keep it up you doing well because it's not easy to build a house in ghana

Honestly, looking the the tiling at the small space, I don’t know if it’s a storage room, the arrangement of the tiles there is not right.

Yeah , the reason was the Plastering the guys did, they did a very poor plastering , the Plastering was not straight and leveled, that’s why there was a big challenge there.. and even the tiler was an expert cus only that area if you’re not skilled you can’t even lay it.. because the plastering on the wall was pulled inside.. so if you take a very close look at it well you will find out that the size in between those walls are not the same.. I hope this explains it better

The Available Tiles Cost for the calculated rooms of about 102 Meter Square Area was : 23,799 Workmaship for the 102 Meter Square Available area was : 4,080. Which is 40 Cedis Per Meter Square X102 = 4,080 GHS But the cost of the tiles will still depends on the type of tiles you want for your rooms.. Mine was bought from West Africa Deco Tiles

Did the tiler measured the area ahead before shopping for tiles pls? I don’t like some artisans just gv you imaginary measure and sometimes you end up buying more than you need.

He measured the area in meter square and i used that for shopping the tiles. So i get the exact boxes for the room which there isn’t a shortage. That’s how professionals does it. Those who give imaginary measurement don’t know what they’re doing, they’re not professionals , because when you go to any big tilling company they need your area in meter square to calculate the number of boxes for you.

I would say so far, but there might be others which i do not know about.. but west africa tiles don’t crack during installation. None will crack except the ones the tiler will be cutting. So their tiles are very good.
