Brand spanking new subscriber. I'm a Filipino who grew up in America and now living here in MASBATE. Nice place you got there. Your workers could have built a septic tank on that very hole that they dig using hollow blocks. It's bigger just in case if friends and family are visiting. Asked locals too what's the daily rate for workers so you guys don't get ripped off. I would give the workers water container full of cold water. The last thing you need is for these guys to go slow. I'm planning to build a house here too but lacking budget for now. Well, good luck guys and Happy New Year. My ex wife is from Bohol. That is a perfect place to build your dream house.

i'm also an aussie (half filo) and will be moving to philippines in 2024 God willing. And i want to do a similar thing to you guys. You're both super awesome btw. Shocking that you mentioned Baguio, because i am researching baguio the past few weeks. The reason is that i noticed every westerner moves to Palawan or dumageti, but those places although awesome, are also extremely hot all the time. I simply don't want to be a slave to my airconditioner for the rest of my life. So baguio is said to be cold, cloudy, grey and rainy - PERFECT for me lol i like rainy cold days. Anyway, having said that, do you guys know much about baguio?@@Bridgeandjosh
