Congratulations on your first launch in india. INDIAN DRUGS AND PHARMACEUTICAL LIMITED popularly known as IDPL was established in 1961 nd was a top pharma company where the present pharma company stalwarts worked. They worked did research there developed molecules and LEFT IDPL. They gained knowledge from IDPL and left for their own benefits who flourished. Now top pharma public sector company was closed in 1916 due to....... reasons every body can guess. A company which saved indian lives in plague and other conditions is closed only due to persons leaving for their own gain at the cost of the IDPL. So my point is that ISRO should not become another IDPL.

My question is if government opened private sector for space in 2020 how he started in 2018 knowing he could not go much into it. Did he have insider information?

Talks we going on to open space sector.. U know gov decisions take long to finalize. And to make rock from zero I takes yrs. So they thought by the time rocket is ready we would get the policy done.. but still not sure it will. That's the way the proceeded.
