@@byshanah8655 it is not true - Leopard and Cheetah are playing - that is how dogs play - it is not harmful - have you not had dogs before - they are both young and therefore they are playful- when they get older the playing will be less - but I do appreciate your concern - but it is not warranted in this case

1. The only problem I have with this people is that I don't see them not having the construction inspected by a government officer. The law is not that stricked in Kenya unfortunately but all those constructions should be inspected. 2. They don't finish a project they have started before picking another one. 3. "Lack of priority" is clear not in there mind. I mean why put money on that gate while there is no emergency. Just finish the construction you started for your "International Guest" then get income from it. Afterwards do whatever you want. - Why Mayuguno is building a huge house yet he has not even vacated to Mama Grace? - Was it necessary for Marwa to have horses/Fish ponds & Expensive furnitures before completing the huge villa? And after buying the furnitures, he then left the country months later. I mean he new he was leaving?

first floor construction is not as an issue as are 2-3-4-5 story constructions- Uncle Mo is an excellent builder

@@caribcarib4337 - it's common sense. That's why surveyors went to school. That's why lawyers went to school, and also that's why doctors went to school. But only in Kenya a young man with law knowledge will practice law without license(there is a guy called Mwenda who has not been price cited for this) and a doctor whom I can't remember his name got jailed for practicing medicine without a license . You are getting away with because of the loophole in our government institutions.
