Building MORE MILS Roads! Lego City Update #5
MILS (Modular Integration Landscaping System) is a method used by LEGO City makers to add more detail to their layouts and allow for more customisations. Whilst this is a pretty expensive (and parts intensive) route, I’ve decided it’s what I want to do.
Today I’m building even more MILS road plates for my city.

I think the middle of the crossroad should be just gray as it is more realistic. Great video btw and I love your plan for the city. Also I agree with you on buying fake lego baseplates as real ones are so expensive

Yeah I think I should swap out those tiles. I really don’t know why Lego’s official baseplates are so expensive! If they were cheaper I would use them instead. Thanks for watching, glad you’re enjoying it, plenty more updates coming soon

Im pretty sure that the way the road lining is attached to the sidewalk (studs into technic) is illegal

You could achieve the same look by using 1x2 bricks with studs on the side instead and have the road extenders face the opposite way
