Quick tip. Don't ever craw under a car that's proped up at a junk yard and kick it. Cars were stacked by a guy who make 7.50 an hour
@danielwallace285416 күн бұрын
I was just about to say this. That was the dumbest thing I've ever seen... could've just kicked it on the outside or a bar. And if it falls atleast it's not killing you.

I did the same thing to source some Acura TL starfish wheels for my 1st gen Odyssey. It took 3 junkyard trips to get a complete set. I used Duplicate-color bronze wheel paint. A little pricey but it turned out great. I skipped the clear coat as I was happy with the satin finish (plus I just wanted to get it done). Capped off with black center caps with a chrome “H” and new chrome lugs. Looks great and gets a lot of positive comments

Looks good bro I think painting the lips and side skirts to the color of the car would give off a lower look! Almost like a body kit
@jorgeantonini2017 ай бұрын
It would definitely increase the car size look The black side skirts and lip just blend into the road and shadows so they just look like a huge gap. Used to have a car with horrible scratched lip and side skirts years ago. I used plastifico black to hide all the damage, but then it looked like I put a 2” lift on the car. The flat black just makes the trim almost disappear and makes it look like a much bigger gap than it really is.

so since i am a honda boy turned miata owner i figured i would comment. the nb you found is specifically my year color and trim, silver facelift LS trim with tan interior, exactly how i bought my car. those wheels would be great on your ek, they are 4x100 and 16’s and a lot of honda guys run them. they are called “nb twists” they only came on 2001-2005 (facelift) models and the steering wheel thats nardi that specific one only came on the facelift cars, the 1999-00 cars came with a boring base model steering wheel or a different nardi one that had the nardi logo on the airbag and not the rim of the wheel like on the 01-05 facelift cars
@fvkaciv7 ай бұрын
also i just wanna say in the 7 years ive been a car enthusiast and going around to all my local pick and pull junkyards ive NEVER seen ANY miata. thats crazy you guys in other states have the privilege of finding them. an acura integra in a yard here would be stripped and chopped up literally 1 hour into being brought into a yard. you can never find anything good where im at
