It would be cool if there was a hood mod to add a window to show off the engine, like with a sturdy acrylic of something

Hard to see the head. I do have an inspiration tho. I would try and dremel deeper, and also use a thin brush with red paint to paint the grooves or "trenches" how to call em.

I owned a 1999 Integra GSR; bought it brand new. Had til 2008; got it stolen unfortunately and found it all torn apart. Was a fun car to drive and own. Brings back memories! Thanks for that.

I want to be optimistic and also realistic with you. It would have been cheaper to buy painted matched body panels rather than buying tools, bondo, filler, sand paper, primer, paint, spray gun, and clear coat. However I know that skills cost money to earn. This is dependant on you goals tho, so i can fw it. I rock with the series but also sometimes ik when to just buy or repair.

how do you find a good junkyard in your area?

Get a tool backpack. Put all your stuff in the sleeves and maybe go with a smaller 12v impact to get easy to access bolts off.

you either spend money on good blown plastic toolbox or avoid blown plastic toolbox. ive heard that milwaukee makes a good box though. making your own or 3dprinting could be a nice way of getting exactly what you need

For dents on wings I used a 2x4 ocross the wheel and rebar and other shaped metals laying around up behind wheel arch saved me removing the wing. but it's not perfect

Hey man binge watched your entire series to date while working. It’s been so nice and chill. Can’t wait for more! Defs learning some things as well! Really enjoyed seeing you get into some basic panel beating and learning something new. The fender came out looking heaps better!

I really enjoy your videos since I found you channel. I had a idle that I would like to do but would work a lot better for someone like your self. I think if you did a build then did a raffle like 100 per enter until you get like 200 tickets sold. That would give you a good chunk to do another build with or 2 since you already put all the work in your self. Then one day be making like 1 of 1 Hondas

For Hondas in general all I have is a Hercules tote bag with 3/8 holder for 8m - 19m, 3/8 holder for swivel sockets, walmart flex ratchet for sockets, variety of hand tools including screwdrivers and pliers. I can fit in my Milwaukee ratchet and stubby impact, this works for like 99% of everything Japanese. Pick a Parting I have a nice Craftsman pull along tote system found on sale at Lowes for breaker bars, ratcheting wrenches, 1/2 tools and storage of parts off the cars ;) Also you'll want the Harbor Freight dent puller that welds the nail looking pegs and allows you to pull the dents. Hammer and dolly you put the dolly underneath to tap against for straightening, the different shape dollies allow you to fit various situations.

The more I watch the more I realize how lucky I am with my TSX. 1 owner dealer serviced from new only needs a cat and a drivers side visor and lower control arms it has a slight shake at 60-80 when you hit the gas hard. Interior looks like it has 50k on it smells like leather no weird smells. Fresh paint job new spark plugs tranny flush every 30k miles new radiator new everything really fresh radiator ac condenser, compressor o2 sensor, coil packs rear transmission mounts, fresh good year tires . All I have done is a new battery and an oil change that’s it. I work for a dealer it was traded in by a 77 year old woman 188k on the clock 5k OTD.
@matt2m4 күн бұрын
I have a 04 tsx its stupid clean old lady traded it in one owner and she dumped mad money in it. I am jealous of that wing. All I need is a new cat and a drivers side visor otherwise its mint beater I almost feel bad. My baby is a 2024 Wrx TR that I rather keep the miles low on.
