Make sure to enable XMP. Your RAM is only clocked at 4000mhz right now, enabling XMP via BIOS will clock it at it's advertised 6000mhz :))

Use pcpartpicker.com, its super helpful to see if all the parts you're planning will fit/be compatible. Lastly be patient and have fun with the process :)

I would reccomend to upgrade the cpu since if u have a mid toet cpu but then u decide to upgrade a part to a high end thing it wont be sufficient and wont be able to handle the high end things so it might make more sense to upgrade ur cpu if u eant to upgrade some parts
