I ordered a pretty beastly PC from this lot (through Amazon) over Xmas. I was a little bit worried cos some of the customer service feedback on Amazon is... a little worrying. But I decided to take the risk anyway cos shiny new toy. It's been fine so far and very happy with the performance. Nice to see the people behind the company name and logo in this vid. Also nice to hear they're focusing on customer support going forward. Also now I know why my box had a big arse print in it...

I have to say PC building, it’s cool… but it’s not really for me. I much prefer playing on my PS5. Also I know from watching another KZbin video on this subject, that PC building can be an absolute NIGHTMARE if things go wrong!

Its just i have such respect for you for that earlier work but now it feels more and more your focusing on a small part of the community rather than the entirety. No matter what you do, i wish you all the luck and success on your journey. My wish is that your voice could be for all gamers not just a selected few, as it was in the past.
