yes that's what I did! But i split the cardboard into two sections so you can easily take it out and put it back in the cage:)

actually, this depends. if you don't have lots of time to be around your ferret a lot, then definitely get another, but if you can be around them frequently/have other people who can, it's definitely better to have one as they will develop more sociable towards humans.

Well I think I’ve seen some people cuddle with them but I myself haven’t done it with mine lol. He lets me pet him a lot though especially when he’s still sleepy and can stay still for a long time :)

Ohhh that’s so exciting!!! And omg I got my carpet from samples at Home Depot so it was free lol 😂 and stuck then on a piece of cardboard. And I used Wysong food and he like it was great for him I bought it off chewy.com or Amazon 😊I hope that helps!🩵

I think Petco and Amazon sell similar ones and may be a bit cheaper but do keep in mind that big cages are a must because they need a lot of space! I don't recommend buying a smaller one like the one I had because they're not made for ferrets and they break down very fast. Prices are always changing so I hope you find one that fits your budget and is perfect for your ferret as well😊

Hi! I wouldn’t recommend the other cage at all as it was very weak and too small for a ferret to be in. It was just the one petco had at the moment 😭but honestly I think you would be better off buying a bigger one at once so you don’t have to invest in another one later on.

I'm not sure if that would work! I would do more research as they're different animals but I think if they are placed separately I think that could work. I'd still try to really organize yourself so that you have space for both!😊

Hi! Yes that’s exactly what I did! I do recommend cutting out the size of where you’ll place the carpet and then cut it in half or else it won’t go through the gate door! I hope that makes sense but I did glue it with a bunch of carpet samples 😂

That's awesome news! To be honest I don't see anything wrong with having a ferret besides the fact that they need a lot of time outside of their cage so if you see that's something you can't necessarily do, then you may suffer a little because they can then get depressed, sick and angry causing them to bite their cages and that's just very sad:( They're very smart and fun animals but you must take the time to care for them and preferably get two as they loved and thrive best with other ferrets!!😊

i recommend getting him a buddy! he may be solitary meaning he prefers being alone, but most of the time ferrets prefer being in a pair of 2 or 3. my ferret lola was solitary for 2 years, and just yesterday we got 2 more! she’s really happy !!
