Just say that while Barbie II was exploring the ocean as a mermaid, she discovered an expensive item at the bottom of the sea, which inherited enough money for the house!💰Beautiful build btw!😍

Please just cheat the money or do free real estate to get this build! It's too cool not to play in for as much time as possible. I'm sure we can think of some plot reason they are gifted it or come into the money somehow.

I made and have been playing in an underwater mermaid house after watching you build it on stream. It's been so fun! You should do whatever you need to to make sure you really get to enjoy this. Even if it's move in unfurnished and then work to furnish it like with River!

What if you did a two story. The underwater portion had most of everything, the kitchen, living room, and Barbie 2s house, and a room and bathroom (maybe) upstairs (above water) for Blairs room and dance afea? Just a thought...great build going on though!

Whenever I want a window but not a curtain, I tell myself it's like those windows that change to a frosted look when the bathroom doors lock. I decide they have the option to do that as needed.

I'm glad you got to build a non-budgeted version 🙌 😍 it's so cute! Maybe there's a way to shrink it and remove most items 😂😅 so it's JUST affordable, and they can build & decorate as you go. You could even build it above ground!! When they can afford it, you can build the pool & lower it!? Maybe barbie and ken will give them some simoleons every week or so as they have extra 😂

i feel like you should deduct the price of the landscaping and just make them have enough for the house so there’s still the element of needing to earn enough for the house but the landscaping should just already be there lol

Kelsey- have a sim sell an extra expensive outfit on Trendi to buy the house 😂 I once had a sim sell an outfit for one million simoleons 😉 best way to get expensive houses without technically cheating the money 😆

Definitely cheat the money,. Maybe the grandma left this house in them because she knew mermaid swimming in her family. You need to add some more greenery to the roof/deck and maybe inside the pool

What if her grandparents gave her a huge loan to use to buy this house and then overtime you pay them back or they give it as a parting gift because they’re growing up and becoming independents. What do you think??
