There are actually some Gen2 Vipers (Both Iterations of the ZB I and ZB II) used that exact Bodykit for Racing, since the Long-Tail from the Viper GTS-R Competition Concept (2000) provides more Stability in the Straight Lines and Corner Entry c:

You can tune your engine by pressing Y in the engine section By using that you can tune the turbine pressure or rev limiter etc so you dont have to buy every racing/ultimate part to be c5/c6

i need a Honda NSX build for black lotus what i've done so far only INcreases the mega washy understeer i need Max frontgrip, i know camber and wheelsize, but wheel, toe and ankermann i don't the boud & rebound are different in every game and AWD dosn't help either

Probably 6 months to a year. It will take months if them making changes and testing stuff on the of version then when there happy with the result they will make a console version. It's hard to push updates to consoles quickly because they have to get approved by xbox and PlayStation so they do the quick updates and testing on the PC version first for months until they are happy then work on the console version after.
