I had a go at the level myself, and this is what I thought of it. I found it surprisingly fun, which is something I don't see a whole lot in full versions anymore. While some of the gameplay felt like it deviated from the Stereo Madness feel - most notably from 68% to 82% where it felt more like a Back on Track and Can't Let Go hybrid - it didn't ruin the flow of it, besides who knows what Stereo Madness would've looked like if it were 3 minutes long. I didn't really mind the pulses by the way, as you could've easily recreated that effect with normal colour triggers in 1.0, not to mention they (along with the other non 1.0 stuff you added) didn't affect the gameplay at all and weren't horribly noticeable (i'm looking at you Electrodynamix Full). I had a go at making a full version of Stereo Madness a month ago, and I'm surprised at how often our ideas coincided. As someone who already had really low expectations of full version levels, I genuinely got so happy when you mentioned that you wanted to keep the original Stereo Madness colour palette, something I've never seen anyone else do for levels like this. Also the fact that you used the classic slab is amazing, something I was too lazy to put in my version. I'm really interested in what you'll do with the other levels, especially Clutterfunk and Blast Processing. And if the criticism I gave was too vague to build upon, or if I sound too much like a nerd, please let me know. and THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE TELEPORT PORTAL ON THE SECOND COIN INVISIBLE UNLESS YOU TAKE THE COIN ROUTE!

Electrodynamix Full 4x speed makes complete sense as that's the level that added speed portals, and I'm building on that. It's memorable and exciting. Big problem with that level tho is that I made the later parts WAY too hard, ESPECIALLY that red ship part. Anyway glad you like this level! :) I did start pulling stuff from later main levels cuz it's hard to keep things interesting for this long, but I didn't add any new mechanics so I think it's fair. Also keeping the same color palette is def really important in making the level feel cohesive.

I fully agree with everything you said. I understand why the 4x speed was included, I just wasn't a huge fan of it mostly because it made the gameplay quite unbalanced. As for taking ideas from other levels, I definitely feel like I've been too harsh on you. I've only just noticed some differences between the other levels and your level in the mentioned area that sets the two apart. The more unique designs, especially in the last ship, in my opinion worked flawlessly, which I probably should've included in my original comment. Thanks for responding btw. You don't get a whole lot of people actively taking in feedback nowadays.

@@mrsillytacos While I don't mind 4x speed being used in the full version, in fact it fits Electrodynamix pretty well despite not being in 1.7 (now that I look back on it). However, using it just for difficulty isn't a great idea. Lots of people already complain about the difficulty at the end of Electrodynamix compared to other parts, so using a 4x speed to add difficulty would just make it worse. A better way to use 4x speed in my opinion is to use it in the final drop of Electrodynamix (the track), but keep the gameplay simple.
