The main issue with this app is that it’s driver-focused. Eventually, it will be heavily influenced by drivers' unions, leaving customers with little power to provide negative feedback or there will be no repercussions to the driver since they own the app.

Bo its not. Even drivers get penalized if their cancellation rate crosses 30% or their ratings fall below 2. They simply block the id of driver or offer very less number of trips. This app is a win win for both. Uber & ola literally dont care for drivers. Simple example is if customer goes off without making a payment then driver has no option to connect to customer and driver care rep says they cannot help with this however if customer leaves valuable in car and driver informs this to driver care then they will immediately connect customer. This is uber and ola. I myself lost close to 500rs due to app glitch.

Since the start, my experience has been good. I request the team to onboard drivers after proper assessment, ensuring they are educated and understand the role of 3-wheelers as passenger vehicles. Provide AI-driven video training on self-etiquette, traffic rules, laws, and do's & don'ts, along with online learning materials.
