First, thanks for the love. But sounds like you missed the news that we needed to delay TWAU2. We talked in detail with IGN recently about it, going into why we need to take more time to do the game right. Short version: We started this in 2020 from scratch, but we realized we needed to re-evaluate tools used (we're now moving to UE5) and we are refusing to crunch to hit an unrealistic deadline. For now, we're talking about The Expanse as it nears its launch this summer (and episodes launch every couple weeks)! Thanks!

Glad to see Telltale Game back in action. A game based around the Expanse and in particular the character *Camina Drummer "Cara Gee"...say no more...here, take my money.* :) She was my favourited character in The Expanse, closely followed by *Bobbie Draper "Frankie Adams".* Then *Joe Miller "Thomas Jane", Commander Ashford "David Strathairn"* and *Amos "Wes Chatham".* Although I liked others too like *Clarissa Mao "Nadine Nicole"* etc. The Expanse had such an interesting story and such an awesome character creation and evolution on so many characters whom I'd like to know more about. You could see charcters grow and evolve, even change. I really liked how it had really strong characters from all walks of life without virtue signaling and pushing some agenda in any obnoxious way. Not "in your face", but still had depth and definetly some deeper messages and morals, but they were done with finesse fitting into the plot (not shoe horned in). Not to mention well acted. Kind of how they did it in the old days. In classic sci-fi like Star Trek, before JJ Abrams and Alex Kurtzman, and classic Space: 1999. Subtle, but still there and *things that makes you go hmmm* and think for yourself, rather than throw it in your face as if you are too stupid to understand. It treated it's audience with respect, as adults with an intellect. Not as if we are some pre-teens that needs to get lectured and told what to think. Perfect story telling to build upon for a Telltale game. 😎

I just want to tell you guys now, having an Epic exclusivity deal is very much going to hurt the launch sales of this game. I get that they cut you guys a big check (lord knows you need it, we missed Telltale Games), but I have to let you all know that the majority of PC users hardly use/strongly dislike the Epic store. A lot of us have our entire libraries on Steam and we can't afford to move everything to Epic just to play a few exclusive games. Just please release the game on Steam as well. I was disappointed when I got the email to announce the Wishlisting, only for me to not find the title on the better PC platform.

I normally don’t comment on videos but since this is telltale al make an exception I’ve been following telltales games for a long time now and during 2018 when I heard they were going out of business I was sad because in their prime they provided great and captivating story’s with interesting characters as well as good decision making events but when I discovered that sky bound had stepped in to help I was glad and not just because telltale could continue to provide great games but also because the people behind it clearly put their hearts and souls into their games which in my opinion is best shown during the final season of the walking dead as they were on the verge of bankruptcy but decided to pour what little time they had left into giving us the final chapter (which was amazing!!!) and seeing how they are working on the expanse it fills me with both excitement and relief knowing that telltale will be able to provide the next generation of gamers with awesome games. (And if anyone from telltale should read this I wish you and the rest of the staff the best I know times can get tough but if there’s one thing you have shown all of us it is that no matter what you will always try your best with your games so please keep up the good work and always remember your loyal fans who stuck with you guys until the end 😊)

Considering both games included collaboration with Deck Nine and Adhoc Studios, when are you going to announce that the untitled game that's being worked on as a new The Walking Dead entry? We know Kevin Bruner and a lot of the Still Not Bitten team (including Kent Mudle) went to his new studio Dramatic Labs which coincidentally has a partnership with Skybound Games, a subsidiary of Skybound Entertainment that just so happens to be a co-investor with Hiro Capital in Telltale's Series A funding.

I loved the show, and I am going to buy the novels soon, so this is a very nice surprise. Please make choices that actually matter, like real consequences instead of illusory ones. I heard that you said something like you are doing things different, so I'm hoping this includes real choice, something that locks us out of content and making other decisions, because its no longer available(i.e. someone dies, so you cant learn or do something for them, have them help you, etc., that you could if they lived, and vice versa). For me, choices must have consequences, and in games the best is to lock you into the path(choice) you took, and arnt afraid to lock you out of content(consequence). This increases replay-ability to a much more enjoyable experience, instead of finding that only difference was just changing certain voice lines and other insignificant things are the only thing to be affected by what is supposed to be a major decision.

Great question! There's definitely a lot of questions in the grey here, RTC. There are choices made -- even early on -- that will impact how you experience some scenes later on in the season. As for how we've been doing...great! And we're going to feel a lot better when you all get the chance to check out The Expanse for yourselves. Honestly, just great to be back out here, making the games that we want to play.

As a fan of The Expanse I was very much looking forward to playing this game, it looks amazing! However, out of principle I will not purchase anything from the Epic Games Store. I understand the financial realities of receiving that development funding and the associated exclusivity, I just want to know that there will be a chance for me to purchase it from another PC platform in the future. Can you please at least clarify whether there is an end date to the Epic Games exclusivity (6 months or a year)? I'm willing to wait.
