Another great video guys and longer thanks. I've got makita trim router too, it's much easier on the arms and wrists for cuts like this, also easier to keep at right angles when hanging off the edge of the timber. I will be copying the plywood template idea. Thanks for that John. You all stay safe and have a good weekend📴

Maybe use a 1/2 inch router with a longer bit (kitchen fitters?) on those timbers, cut it all from one side & save time?

Great video as always. What is the difference between the internal blocks and external? And why? I assume the internal ones are a higher strength to take the load.
