Another great video guys and longer thanks. I've got makita trim router too, it's much easier on the arms and wrists for cuts like this, also easier to keep at right angles when hanging off the edge of the timber. Maybe use a 1/2 inch router with a longer bit (kitchen fitters?) on those timbers, cut it all from one side & save time?
