So far so good after we sealed the edges we have had no more issues, also with the additional down pipes taking time water away to the gutter we are going well. Down the line we hope to harvest the rain water . Thanks for reaching out.

Hi no we didn't go for the original coal tar, it was the same type of thing though.

Hi, no problem the complete cost of the roof last year came in at GHC 54,453 the exchange was different back then but at today's rate that would be $4,815
