Ugh, francesinhas - I had one in Lisboa on our first trip. I definitely wasn’t hungry enough! I have heard quite a few people say that the Porto sauce is better but I don’t have the courage to try again. 😂 Getting close on the house additions. Very exciting. Have a great weekend.

This dish looked crazy tasty , real comfort food , it’s spring here and weathers all over the shop , we had 20 degree Celsius for 3 days and it’s Saturday here in australia / Tasmania we are expecting gale force winds and flash flooding today in 4 days we drop to top of 9 degrees , winter was 10 to 12 crazy weather my bees are wearing scarfs great work lovelies ❤

Yesssssss I have got the Francesinha recipe! I could almost taste it and I had been looking forward to enjoying the dish in Porto. I do remember when you visited Porto and had Franceshinha down by the river and I showed it to Robert who normally would say that it looked great but this time he may have chosen another dish, ha, ha. Can't wait to making it. I hope you will be approved by the electrician, I am sure you do. In any case, I am impressed with all the new things stevsh gets into and just executes, good work Stevsh😊. Hi Eva 😊. Glad we could finally do the francesinha, been wanting to for a long time. I'm sure the electrician should pass us, we've done everything he said to do 🤞. The doggies are getting along very well, Luna still irritates Cayli sometimes, but not too much luckily, they play together a lot and tire each other out 😂. We did work on Sunday, was a pretty good day weather wise, rain only came when we got home. Hope you and Robert have a great week 🤗

Tão famoso no norte de portugal. Achei sempre muito estranho, a combinação de tantos ingredientes. Se calhar porque estou mais habituado ao Algarve, que gosto mais dum peixinho grelhado. Mas na maneira que o Steve prepara francesinha até gosto muito.
