In the UK there is a car/merch showroom with a dyno stage next door situated in a glass room, customers can view cars or pay to have their performance car dyno’d whilst shopping for merch. It was such a raw experience, maybe this could be something you guys could incorporate into the shop!

love DDE, big fan but gotta say the merch does not rep the brand very well. I get doing some basic stuff but some of the basic stuff is a bit cringy.for example the Racing word on some of these is literally the from old Pontiac racing logo. Not to mention just basic checkered flags. Take a look back at the mercy Ken used to do. It matched the brand. You guys are rocking these killer cars with some having insane liveries that stand out. Design some merch that goes with that, cut and sew stuff. Don't take my thoughts as a bash, just an opinion. You guys are at a level now that nothing you do should be generic.

You guys are in cali have you considered contacting a prop/set building company to build out the gas station? I would be cautious about hiring anyone who hasn't pulled off something to scope of project before. You can render it up all fancy on computer and talk the big talk but it's the physical execution of the build out, to the level of quality, time and budget which is what matters.

Honestly, it would be more inline with the videos if DDE built out a mechanic bay rather than a gas station. Can partner with Bendpak again to put in a four post lift to put a car high up into the air so people can stand underneath unobstructed. Put mirrors above so people can see the top of the car, but take the flat bottom panels off because almost nobody ever sees what the underside of a super/hypercar ever looks like. Can use that gate to swap out cars whenever you want easily. By using a high four post lift, you minimize the lost store floor space because you can put clothes racks underneath or fake tool boxes with merch in it. 10mm DDE wrench/socket keychains? Special edition plushies of DDE livery cars? Etc etc.

@DDE A gas station theme I’m really not feeling it but I’m sure you guys will put your touches on it and make it look awesome. Personally, I would’ve loved to of seen a fast and the furious theme. Just think Harry’s the racers edge. “DDE’s speed shop”. You guys got a ton of wheels and tires you can put in there on display along with spare car parts and your merch. And the room behind is an extension of the speed shop. Where your cars will be on display. And get a shell of a Lamborghini or Ferrari, and put it on the roof over the entrance. I know Hector has been on the channel before. Have him there on opening day. Get Mike a 599 and have hector come into the speed shop asking for 3 of everything for 599’s and you guys go out and film some crazy shit with them. Damon, Mike, and Dave can drive lol kidding. But really need a 3rd driver maybe Vic.

Perfect timing to this from watching the last video from mr jww ,there’s a lot of lil things we can take from that video n put into the front store, the gas station theme is perfect,however it should be designed with longevity in mind so it allows you switch things up every couple of months to keep things fresh without having to do too much , you should get brands to pay for product placement in the store to cheapen your cost 230 is alot , basically any product you would advertise in your videos could have the option to have their products sold in the store for a week or month or however long, that way fans can buy those products too whenever we are at the store, ie celsius,raycon,bush wacker etc , also put up a wall where fans can sign and also drop fan mails or packages, also i think y’all should set up one room for the sim racing, get a team dedicated to just that and start a separate channel for that, build hero cars in the game n make videos with all the team n you can stream on certain days , just maximum the ways to get more income n utilize the building proper since we have all this space
