I was not enjoying this video series at all... until I increased the speed to 2 times the normal speed, and now this is my favorite boat building video series out of all of them! Great info, great construction methods, solid boat! Nice job!

I love the percussion. It really tells the story. Also, your explanation as you go is informative and encouraging.

Nice work on the fairing. You must have done some drywall work in the past judging by your technique with the taping knife. Thank you for sharing. Take care and stay well.

Looking good. I have been trying to find "PVC" slats like that, in South Africa, so far no joy. Looking forward to the plans.

Thanks, use any wood that you can get to bend, you may have to wet it or steam it .

Was there a reason why you didn’t fiberglass up the sides? It would have added additional protection to the side of the boat.

This boat I fiberglassed inside and out kzbin.info/www/bejne/gneUo2iLa96ejM0 just trying to keep it simple

You have a sharp edge on the fiberglass because you used 29 oz fiberglass when 10 oz is considered heavy in such an application. That's why your fiberglass is starved for epoxy, isn't filled in and stands out like a sore thumb.
