Yup, instructions confirm it's a tractor puller. Get a chum to cast the outside wall of main tire so you can epoxy it to the inside.

Even better, I’m talking with a guy named Mike Smoot on Facebook that makes puller stuff. I’ve already bought the newer style chevron puller tires for pickups. I’m trying to get him to make them for this kit and the Meister Brau Blazing Bison pulling tractor.

Love to get that kit (even though I'm not American, just looks cool) but would settle for the stock Massey. I have a Dear John and a Cornbinder I bought built with one plow and the two wagons. Want to get the new Heller Massey as well as the little Euro ones, have the Porsche. I just want one more tire for the Deere to make it a dually. Eventually I want to scratchbuild a Big Bud in 1/25. The old Ertl kits are better than some of the new stuff out today.

One of my trucks part come off do u know how to get the old glue off so I can put the part back on and reglue it

Try scraping off the old glue with an exacto knife blade.

It's hard to say without seeing it and not knowing the type of glue? If the glue is etched into the plastic, it would have to be sanded off unfortunately.
