Matt Risinger is in LA with fellow KZbinr, Enes Yilmazer, to tour a recently built mega mansion to see what sort of equipment it takes to run a place this large and how well designed it actually is when it comes to the efficiency and durability of the home.

We need more videos on how those mansions are being deviced. Getting into the specific of the wiring, the HVAC, the plumbing... The panel example for the walls was perfect examples of the level of details expected! What a nice "trick" and gave me a ton of idea for dealing with pesky after the fact wiring...

It's easy to appreciate the thought, detail, and time invested into making a home like this but in reality it's just an overpriced home. At the end of the day does a 1" or 3" space between the glass really make it worth millions more? or the edge of the counter top for that matter? Spend more time and effort fixing the state and city from crime, corrupt politicians etc... because nobody is going to care about another LA mansion when your home is surrounded by scumbags.

Appreciate the look inside. The house interior has the same look as corporate office space we build in Florida. No offense to anyone involved, just funny how different regional tastes are. I also noticed a lack of discussion about efficiency, air sealing, etc., which is odd, considering that’s kinda your thing. Are high-end builders in So Cal relying on the mild weather to make up for lackluster practices? I hope not. If anything, the mild weather should make it easy.
