I honestly didn’t believe in this stuff before finding your channel but you always seem to be able to say exactly what I need to heal. Thank you for mentioning the stranger at the grocery store if you don’t have any old friends. I have the kind of adhd (and am drawn to others with similar kinds) that just lets friendships fade out naturally in each stage of life. And trying to reconnect feels like I’m always the one putting in the effort (which made it not feel worth it so I eventually gave up on it). I also don’t want to bring back old friends I had problems with if they haven’t changed which makes it even more complicated. Plus we’re so isolated rn due to internet culture so talking to someone in your local community is a net positive!! (Unfortunately I live in a red state so there’s always a lingering distrust of the average person due to being queer. Sometimes people let us down or are not “trustworthy” more because of their own weaknesses and imperfections and unanticipated challenges. They don’t show up as their best selves and as they intended to or said they would. We are all imperfect. Learning as we go through experience that are hard and heartbreaking. This brings a greater depth of understanding!! It comes from a place of more maturity. Rather than our younger selves who needed others to be what we expected. We get to partner with others in our life to learn and evolve together. We can be a light and shine a light on a better way. On growth. We can encourage learning and growth in these people in a non victim, cooperative way if they will receive and respond. And if not, we hold to what we feel from a deeply grounded spirit centered space to be and do. We are all one. We all are a mix of shadow and light. We are learning to grow the light and as we do the shadow diminishes.

Great comment. I tend to withdraw from people when I see that their behaviour is harmful. It helps me get past it if I understand that their actions are coming from their own wounding and the fact that they not awakened. But... I don't believe in sticking around and waiting for other people to heal/awaken/evolve... and allowing them to keep harming me in the meantime. I get away from it. Their growth/evolution will happen according to their soul's timeline. The way I see it, I have to keep moving and progressing according to my soul's timeline. I don't feel that I should be holding myself back/down and continuing to have low-vibrational experiences because other people still have work to do. I haven't always had this perspective... it came to me a few years ago when I realised that I was letting my connections with others interfere with my own ascension. I don't think anybody should be doing that. We need souls ascending... that's the outcome that most benefits humanity and the world. The others will get there too... when it's their time.
