Man; Herbert is the freakin' truth. The new guy has big shoes and big 🏈🏈 to fill. I haven't played football since high school in '78 and this got me hyped to put the gear on again.

It has nothing to do with being able to pay guys who wouldn't have went to u of m, having 5 dominant linemen, all got drafted lol, an having great defenses, this year it will probably be 3- 4 defenders taken in the 1- 2 rounds, let me let in in a secret all strength staffs are doing the same stuff, it's comes down to players

u mean out cheat? Michigan cheated all year last year. gtfoh!

@@miltonoliver3705 Players and culture. Some schools are finishing schools for the NFL draft and many of their recruits treat those programs that way. At Michigan you’re expected to put out for the team and the tradition…if you’re a 5-star and you’re not “feeling” that, go to Ohio State, sport your Guccis, and get drafted high, after losing to top-5 teams who play as teams with heart. Go Blue.
@miltonoliver37056 ай бұрын
@DeshCanter Michigan always had talent, look up over the last 10 years they are in top 10 of draft picks, they now could get guys who would have gone elsewhere and it helps OSU has coordinator as a head coach best case, now u of m can buy guys that wouldn't have gone there to put them over the top
@DeshCanter6 ай бұрын
@@miltonoliver3705 Fact: Michigan had the 14th most talented roster last year. Coach Moore has stated that he will continue Harbaugh’s policy of paying production, not Highschool talent rankings. We shall see how that works out in this new era of “Bought Not Built.” The new rules play to Ohio State’s favor.

@kevinjackson21226 ай бұрын
Are both of you slow or something?? Who cares about a workout? Every team has a strength and conditioning team. I'm referring to the team building and camaraderie that's created through struggle. Short videos like this gives others a glimpse into what they have been missing. Now other programs are going to spend millions on people leaders like Ben Herbert to make their teams tougher, and to unify their players through struggle. Whereas all they cared about before was making players bigger, stronger, and faster. Herbert focused on making players physically and mentally tougher off the field as a group, and that gave Michigan an edge.
