Looking weathered 😊 What was the stuff you put on before the chipping fluid? What does it do?

Before the chipping is the pain, you probably mean before the paint, it's called, plasticator thin, it seals the wood and basically makes it closer to working on plastic, I talk a bit more about it on the previous video

I am myself building a ship (not the black pearl) and wanted to try the teqnique you used for the weathered underside and waterline. What did you use? Can i use it with standard vallejo paints too?

the plasticator is from ammo, the paint is from vallejo, the chipping medium can be the one from vallejo, the rainmark effects is from vallejo, then varnish is from vallejo, and the oils are from ammo
