As someone who's owned multiple evos, you should try run the maf in the intercooler pipe. Trust me. Works on the older 4g63 evo 1,2,3

I might have missed it, however which software are you using for tuning the ecu? Looks like EcuFlash? I'm guessing it's open software as it is not included in the total. What's involved in connecting to the ECU. Is it via the obd port or via the ecu itself?

For the power you are going to make, 7 heat range plugs are too cold to be honest mate. Only need 7's unless your pushing over 400hp onwards, 6's are fine or anything under even running more boost. And smaller gaps are only needed if your running high boost generally. Sometimes smaller gaps are run by ppl because they think the less distance the spark has to travel under boost is better because it won't be blown out etc but what is often not considered is the better feeling or more power ppl think they have from gapping down plugs can be that the coils are old/weaker or on the way out and they don't have to work as hard to supply the spark to jump the smaller gap, so its a band aid fix for that and the more power perceieved isn't from the smaller gap, its from a more effiecient coil. I would switch back to 6's, with standard gap and if then it starts breaking up etc then gap them down slightly.
