my dude that petrol tank get a replacement as that thing will burst open and could burn the whole car down the gas tank from the S13 240SX bolts in directly to the R32 as long as you swap over the filler

I think so too However I also believe when they were at their cheapest they were too cheap I bought an R32 gtr in 2014 for $9200 Needed a a lot of work but it had rego and ran and drove as it should Also bought r34 manual turbo coupes for $10k one in 2016 and again in 2017 They should never have been that cheap

With the dint in the rear quarter push a deflated football up to the area inside if possible and then pump the ball up and hopefully it pops it out easier

proper way to test a fuel tank for leaks is to bung up the holes temp and weld a air valve on and then pressurise the fuel tank with air and then dip it in water fully submerged and then if you don't see air bubbles, ya done a good job at fully sealing it and safe to use for fuel.

You can use race fuel cell foam as a baffle bro.. same stuff they put in fuel cells.. feed it in through sendor hole

It been a while but I have a question for you since you own a Camry. I called Magnaflow Company to see if I could put Magnaflow muffler on my 4 cylinder Camry LE. There a 19410 but this is for the 2018 to 2023 model Camry's. The pipes are 3 inches to big for my Camry. At Magnaflow Company told me that any changes to the piping would void out of warranty. So I have to measure the pipes to see what size pipe I need and Magnaflow muffler I need to be equal to the 19410 system. My question to you is it worth it? I've done other mods on the Camry so why not.

Just an FYI on the welding when you keep welding small runs the start stop points will have a higher chance of having less penatration and also become more brittle due to you heating up a cooled weld. I would try do as long a run as possible. Also put a jacket on dude you're gonna get yourself skin cancer
