@@Calvin-Nelsonstill no word, no hints or dead ends? Man im really praying you get it back and in a condition you can put it back together. Hopefully they dont cut it up and maybe just pull the drivetrain and electronics-the things that can be replaced as i would think only the body is the sentimental unreplaceable part. You would think even scum theives would understand the sentimentality of it and just wipe the body down(untraceable to them) and leave it somewhere to be found. I have a question if you see this as yall have a lot of experience with stock LS, the 216 casting crank have yall noticed a drill pattern on the counterweights that differentiate the gen 4- 5.3, 6.0, 6.2? Out of the few i have atm the 6L on the front counterweight turning clockwise the leading edge has a small hole followed by a larger hole then about three quarters of the way toward the trailing edge another small hole. The 5.3 has a small hole near the leading edge and then over towards the trailing edge a small hole followed by a large hole. The rear ctw is drilled similar on both. The front and rear rod throws or pins(front side of front throw, rear side of rear throw) are gun drilled deeper on the 6L so i question if the larger displacements(heavier bobweights) have more weight removed from the pin by drilling deeper to help lessen the counterweight needed for the heavier bobweights. This was gen 4 stuff with the heavier rods, my gen 3 stuff is drilled different. If anybody reading this has any knowledge on this please leave a comment here to help me figure this out.

I quickly recognized the VW/Audi coils. As I was looking for a slimmer form factor of smart coil than the Toyota 1ZZ coils to fit a future project. And came across the VW/Audi coils. I like finding OE style components for projects. That way replacements are more likely to be found at a local parts store.

I've had a feeling they would fit but never thought they'd be able to handle 300hp per cylinder! I was considering going to a different style as I'm making about 100hp per cylinder but will soon putting a built engine in my car and while I don't plan on making a lot more power (another 25 to 50hp per hole) I do plan to spin another 1500 rpm. Maybe my coils are a lot better than I expected!
