Building the HASEGAWA 1/12 YAMAHA YZR500 Plastic Model with Wayne Rainey Fullbuild

I Built a plastic model of Hasegawa 1/12 Yamaha YZR500 and Wayne Rainey.
- I am aiming for the 1989 Suzuka GP specification.
- Wayne Rainey was modeled from Gray Sculpey clay.
- For missing decals, I use separately sold decals and self-made decals.
- The helmet is made by modifying the Jet Hell attached to Tamiya's Street Rider.

ここ何年かでおそらく一番感動しました！ 自分はYAMAHAのレーサーでバイクのレースをしていたのですが、細部の作り込みに「まじ！」「そこも！」……の連続！ まさに実車と同じような作り込みに、ただただ見入るのみ。 とどめのライダーを作り始めた瞬間に唖然！顔の作り込みなんて……スゴすぎです。 ここまで細部にこだわった完成度の高い作品はもはや芸術の域です。 お金があったら本気でで買いたいと思える作品です。 いいものを拝見しました！ありがとうございます！

Cool model. The 1989 season was Rainey's second year in the 500cc class. He won his first race in 1988 and had six podiums and finished third in the championship. In 1989 he battled with Eddie Lawson but eventually finished second that year. This model brings back a lot of memories.

非常に忠実に再現されていますね。 見えないのだけれどヘルメット内の目の位置がいいです、バイクはライダーが見た所に向かって行くので頭の位置は大事です、またハンドルが左に切れていないのも非常によく見て製作したと思います。 私が乗っていたのはこの一つ前の理論で作られたバイクでコーナリング姿勢がまったく違いハンドルは内側に切って曲がっていました。

Sorry, but it seems you forgot to shorten the fork so that more realistic because braking cornering will give weight to fork. But overall, it just AMAZING WORK dude!🎉🎉

今さらながら、YZRレイニー号完成おめでとうございます！ ハコ写がそのまま立体になった躍動感、カッコ良すぎて何度見返しても鳥肌が止みません サロン、スペンサー、レイニーと往年の名ライダーを形にされてきましたが、次は誰かと勝手に期待してしまいます 個人的には是非ノリック、シュワンツ辺りが来ればな、と。。。

This guy is incredible! He’s got more skill in his pinky finger than I have in my whole body! I’ll keep building and maybe one day I can be HALF as good as this guy. Just amazing! The detail is incredible. I watched for almost 2 hours and I was mesmerized the entire time! Fantastic work!!!
