It's a huge problem that I hope they thought about. Most people have dedicated A/C units for tanks that big to reduce moisture. It's going to be evaporating probably close to 30g of water into the air every day which can cause serious mold and structural issues

Actually it decreases because the next buyers may not want it and will ask that the price be dropped for repairs. That’s cover all the carpet ,dry wall etc. I guess if he’s got ten thousand to blow on Fish he can cover repair cost.

Cops show up because some neighbor called. Cops used to show up in my neighborhood and walk through my homes. At one, a wasp had got inside and set off the motion detectors, they called me to let me know it was fine. In another. I Llived in a 12k Sq foot old mansion, again, this time a bat set off the alarms while I was states away. THE police parked a car in my drive for 3 days until I returned home. They ate their lunches there, in my back lot. The first was a gated community. The second was an old neighborhood in a small town.
