You should do a BC 2.6 stroker kit on that k24... Not too many people use them for boost, and the torque gain would be super nice. The BC stroker kit uses the husky b16a wide bearings, which is another nice upgrade. More torque on these small engines is always nice, and it will behave a lot more like a stock NSX with its v6. I made 472whp/411wtq with a g30-660 turbo... I ended up selling that hatch tho, and the person ended up using the motor for an all-motor setup.

@@brandon_buildsDIY A stock K series transmission doesnt hold much power in general for long. I was making about 600whp on my heavy AWD Dc5 like 2 years ago, and I ran PPG's forged stock replacement helical gears and they were great. Took super hard launches, and took all the torque of a small, fast spooling turbo of around 480wtq. Right now I am still using Helical gears 3-4 but I am using PPG Dog gears for 1-2 for the track launches. It is still syncro engagement tho. I am making about 850-900whp on e85, but I still wanted the car to be driveable and tame on the street for pump gas on my street tune. Helical, syncro-engagement is a lot more quiet and refined. Straight Dog Boxes are clunky, raw, and loud. Great for the track, terrible for the street.

It seems like Hux Racing should be your go-to for some of this stuff? They do K swaps for MR2s, which are obviously also mid-engine, so their shifter cables/brackets etc are already set up for everything to go toward the back of the car. The MR2 is about a foot shorter in length, tho, so it might be their cables would be too short also.

can you use partial dbw throttle assembly from accord/civic 7th or 8th gen which basically will convert your throttle input from cable to a dbw signal for a dbw throttle body
