Motorcycles should be beautiful. After seeing this in the flesh at motorcycle live I can honestly say it stole the show it’s gorgeous to look at! Problem is after seeing this other brands just looked plasticky and cheap. Ok there are faster bikes but you would fall in love every time you open the garage door with this thing. Well done ccm a proper British brand making awesome stuff

Daniel Fearon I owned a CCM in the 70s Mildura Australia Brian gowers is my name I bought it off Lester rolling rolly from South Australia for $2,300 it was the best thing I ever bought in my life I hung the world's longest mono on it at the time but I did not register it with Guinness Book of Records I just didn't worry about it I just hang my nose my nose mono voice command fix everything so CCM Britain could I even come and work for you I am an engineer and inventor I have ideas that will blow your brains out and I really really need to get myself a CCM again and I would like to break the world record mono on a CCM nothing else will cut it could you help me to do this I am now a musician and a filmmaker so this will be all documented as a documentary and it will also cure my depression please contact me Brian. Why does the tank have to be plastic!? For the price, I would expect metal all day long. For that reason alone, it’s a no from me.

Why? We started building the original Spitfire with alloy tanks however the failure rate was unacceptable and Acerbis were able to recreate the original design in long-thread polycarbonate which offers the highest automotive standards currently available. Metal tanks have a whimsical appeal however on a large single cylinder bike, the Acerbis tank is eminently more reliable, and allows us to provide consistent levels of quality at higher quantities than an alloy tank.

Curious comment. All our bikes are fuel injected and great value for unique hand-built British bikes.
