That fabricated exhaust is fantastic. I'm about to start my Fit (GK) modding journey, do you have a recommendation for a sensible ride hight drop? I need to daily over speed bumps, but I know the drag on stock ride hight (160mm clearance front bumper) is something that needs to be cut down. Also, cat-back muffler (end can) delete, any suspected side effects if I do? Aside from pissing off the neighbours with some noise... Cold air intake worth it? 50c degrees (120f) at the intake currently when at idle. Thanks.

Those are tack welds. Temporary welds to hold the pipe into place for test fitting. Once the fit is perfect, it will be permanently welded

I bought the car, and the mounts are not bad at all. They're not solid, they're poly and without them there would be nasty wheel hop for sure.

This car is just fun to drive and super practical even in stock form. These truly deserve a K24 swap to get the ultimate smiles per mile. If only the 118HP engine was bumped to like 220HP it would be the perfect amount of HP/weight ratio. It's pretty cool though that he can get 161HP out of the stock engine with a small turbo and simple bolt on mods.

Ford made the Fiesta ST which pretty much fills that void, although I dislike the engine sounds from the ecoboost compared to the K series VTEC or even the L15 in the Fit. They just sound like race cars, where the Ford Ecoboost sounds like an angry wasp nest
