With screwed-on fenders doesn't moisture get inside which then creates corrosion? Without any sealant or gasket you're really depending on the shape of the fender to provide a water tight fit but I doubt this is 100% reliable.

jonjonjrfrmcali if you watch TJ hunt, they still have to seal / weld the fenders. They didn’t have enough time so they bolted on the fenders and will get it done after SEMA

jonjonjrfrmcali it takes a ton of planning / work, but the first step really is cutting the fender correctly and getting it sealed / welded. Throw some primer / paint on it after and you’re good to go. Some people skip this process and end up with rust in there 😣
