When you are back in the box. Take the big Square panel off that is eye level. That is your ac. Also You have a 200 amp generator built in that does 12v and 24v just leave motor running and it works

Regear it, you won't regret it! I'm getting 11 mpg with my M1078A1 and it still has tons of low end for off road. I'm a heavy equipment mechanic and have found these to be great trucks after they have been gone through thoroughly.

It’s not full time all wheel drive. You have to press the “mode” button on the transmission pad for 4x4 to engage.

No it is full time all wheel drive. The split is 70 rear 30 front till you hit mode then it goes 50-50.

That would have made sense though.😁 Of course, getting a manual for the truck and *reading it* might have made sense too. The channel is starting to get a bit silly. All they seem to do is buy stuff and add bolt-on aftermarket parts, often for no good reason. Projects never seem to get finished and, apart from KZbin revenue, there doesn't seem to be any money coming *in* ~ it's like they won the lottery, spend, spend, spend.

I’m a mechanic for the military so I work on the much newer versions of these trucks and while there are a lot of the same operating systems a lot were upgraded and the CTIs system (Central Tire Inflation System) on the newer trucks only work after the the truck is driving and from there you push the button for the terrain you’re driving on, I’m not sure how it works on this truck since I haven’t done the research but hopefully that works if the operating system is the same. You guys need to find a maintenance Manuel for a LMTV. It’s called a Dash 10 in the Military. Look at the serial plate and it will tell you the model number for your truck. Something along the lines of M998 would be a armored hummer . Also when going down hill your truck should hack a jake brake switch. Make sure you lock the steering column, anyone can hope in and drive away with it. Good luck with the rest of your build. I enjoy your videos.

I'd leave the electrical panels and lights alone that installation is worth thousands if you ever sell it you lads could just run extra cable from the battery and install LED lights or if your away camping you have the option of generator or mains power ,it makes it a all rounder enjoyed the videos

You need to also check the oil level in the wheel hubs. If I remember right... put the fill plug at 3 o'clock on each wheel and the oil should be up to the hole.

The pins for the air ride and to keep it stable during flight transport. During Normal operation you keep the pins out, but thank you guys for taking care of it you gave it a good retirement 😀 👍🏾

You dont need a door handle....the clips inside break all the time when the doors get slammed shut...i was a mechanic in the Army...it is annoying replacing those clips
