It’s the clean look packed with cool features that you don’t initially notice that enhance the tone of the room that make it for me. Once you understand the rules and how elements work together, throw the rule book out the window and make it your own ;)

Concrete building. Dropped by the minimum one stud width. Main objective of drop ceiling was to add LED lighting too
