I don't want to sound like I'm questioning your methods. You must have a good reason, but I always thought torque specks were specifically without lubrication? I had learned that greasing would create the danger of breaking a bolt.

We have tested both methods. As seen in video has been our most reliable way to install this hardware on our billet hubs. If you follow specs and method in video no issues and very reliable

Sweet build.!!!!!.... but I would have chosen.a different tread pattern for the tires......those don't track very well on FSRs.....or harder surfaces.... But very awesome build!!!!

i love what you are doing but i wish people would do this a bit more affordable so kids can actually have them. all the stuff from the old times is now niche stuff only financially doable for older guys. Like the CR500 AF and stuff which were just batshit crazy expensive, or the new e-start motors they make for them cost as much as a brand new bike. like 3-6k for just a kit without a bike lol, you can buy 2 second hand bikes for that money :) Something mass produced as an eco option would be nice like a tubular steel swingarm and cast tripple clamps. we are all into motorcycle riding because of our youth, but its getting so insanely expensive nowadays so the whole hobby is dying out with the younger generations.

I agree and this is exactly why we created our crf110 big wheel kits… i made it as cheap as i possibly could and still billet and tig welded parts But at the end of the day if you cant afford a chunk of cash as many humans have issues with saving Coin… we offer payment plans and some financing.

Shouldn't your front rotor sit towards the right (sitting on the bike) side in the caliper instead of in the middle? After tightening the caliper hanger to the fork the right pad shouldn't move at all, its the left side (piston side) that slides over. I would think if you put the rotor in the middle of the caliper when you started pumping the brakes it would bend the rotor to the right side

Nope because the caliper bracket and caliper are separate. On sliders… so as your brake pads wear the position is constantly changing The caliper will always position correctly as long as disc is centered in the caliper bracket 👍🏼
