Finally! Guys, I have 30 years experience welding and fitting pipe. 15 years of that was working with high purity SS tubing. But my hobby is cars. It is super rare for me to find a channel that can actually show me something. And almost as rare to find a channel where it's taken seriously, and everything not be a joke or funny. Thank you. I'm new to your channel, and really happy I found it. Great build.

Only small assemblies are done in a box, large assemblies structural or tube are done back purged with a trailing style shield wherever it can be used, if one can't a larger style cup is used. Furick cups are a common sight, even though they're not company supplied. And 5 is a perfect setting for well fit tubing, I set it at 20 though to fill the area, when I can feel a steady flow at the exit I pull down to 5. And yes, aircraft industry for 24 years now.

@JamesShawPooche0012 жыл бұрын
Good question. I was wondering the same thing. I've watched other KZbinRS that did this same thing. So far they all have revisited what they created and added in some type of flexible rubber tubing. Because they all ended up cracking welds. Breaking joints, clamps or bolts.
