As of Wednesday 10/20/21 my wife and I signed the contract on our new home, completely paid off and now just needs some updates. Not to mention the massive garage in the back yard. I don’t think I could’ve ever made it this far without the committed crew and the inspiration you give me, I can’t wait to see where your inspiration leads me once I get the floor finished with the epoxy 👌🏻

Well done! I appreciate your approach. I'm building a new house with a new shop space. I schemed and schemed on how I would fill the shop with all brand new tools, storage, features etc. I was going to do it all at once. I can actually afford to do it all at once. But I had a change of heart recently, and I've decided to take it slow and get to know the shop's potential and enjoy the journey and not demand instant gratification.

How is your floor holding up? I did my garage the exact same way you did about 15 years ago with Rustoleum professional. Loved it until it started looking like garbage. It lifted and blew out in spots and tire stained where the cars parked. When I spoke with Rustoleum customer service I was spoken to like I wasn’t worth their time. Condescending, and rude comments like “you must not have followed the instructions”, and “of course moisture will come up and have blow out spots, everyone knows that.” Had I known then what I know now, I would have used a different product, or not done the garage at all. Extremely unhappy with my Rustoleum floor. I honestly hope you have better long term results.

I've built one of those metal sheds (I think it was Arrow branded) - and it was a total pile of trash to put together.... the metal panels were thinner than pop cans, and none of the holes lined up for sh*t.... it felt reasonably sturdy once it was all together... but man... terrible.

You have lots of space there. In UK people cannot fit the car in their so called "garages". Garages are meant to serve as a dump hole for "stuff". Everything is cognized by comparison. Houses themselves have about 90sqm. Yet delivering 3-4 so called "bedrooms" aka 1.7x1.9m. Cost? aim for 350K usd on average
