This is my favorite 5 club tutorial! I have spent 1 whole year working on all of this with clubs. This video has given me a reason to wake up every day. I know my juggling has improved a lot because of this video.

Thanks Jeremiah! This is coming at the perfect time for me. I just started really pushing towards 5 clubs and have been working on some of these patterns but not all of them (and not switching between them). Thanks for the new ideas and inspiration! One other thing that would be useful (and I'm sure there are other resources on it) is gripping, throwing and catching with 3 clubs in one hand. It's still giving me some trouble. Thanks again!

Glad to hear it was helpful! I can definitely see a video on the holding, throwing and catching of 5 being useful. Good idea!

Thank you so much! This will be really fun to work on and up my 4 club at the same time.

That's it! This technique helps build strength, speed and accuracy at the same time.

Thanks for this Jeremiah! Love how well thought-out and incremental your approach is. I'm at the point where I can run 53 with triples and doubles on my dominant side but not well on the other side, and I've been slowly working on 552 as well. It's nice to be reminded of the various incremental approaches. Cheers!

Nailing down that 53 on your left side will be THE key to dialing in the 552. Once you've got the 552, you're already most of the way to 5 club and you start switching back and forth from actual 5 club runs to running 552 with some 55550 flashes to help firm things up.

I feel like the 4 club shower really helps too.

In regards to helping strengthen your arms and throw accuracy, yes, as long as you actually practice both sides! It's not as direct of a connection as the patterns described in this video are. I didn't ever actually use the shower to build my 5 club. Still not very good at it in all honesty...

Curious about something!! Is that 4 club "half shower" pattern, actually a half shower pattern?? With balls a half shower pattern has the high throw thrown over the incoming throw. But with clubs, the high throw is thrown through the pattern!! Not a true half shower?? Or are the patterns different with clubs?? And if so, what do I call my 3 club "half shower" pattern, where I am throwing the high club from outside, and over the incoming club?? Anyway, regardless of what we call things, great tutorial!! I'm just starting to get to the point of starting to learn 5 clubs, and there are definitely some great tips in there for me!! Awesome job!!

Oh, and love the clubs!! Just got my first set of flowtoys LED clubs, and love them!! Still learning how to find my way through the menus, but having a blast with them!!
