Since Willow Creek is inspired by New Orleans, you should do 3 or 4 brightly colored New Orleans style shotgun rowhouses! Look up Old Dauphine Street and the Garden District. Some of the original base game houses have the right shapes, but smaller units close together with less lawn feels more like a community. I could see cute single story homes with big porches for socializing, or embrace the tall narrow ones with balconies and lots of wrought iron! Plus, it would balance the usability in the series with another episode of rentals where each unit has their own individual kitchen/bathrooms.

@@koriolakorni5041I’m not completely sure, but to my knowledge, a “motel” is a kind of hotel near a highway - motor hotel. A hostel is a “cheap hotel”. It often offers room where you bunk with strangers and is made for people passing through, not staying for longer periods of time. Hope this helps☺️

@@koriolakorni5041 a hostel normally has shared rooms and is really popular with students and back packers due to its cheap prices! Hostels definitely have private rooms as well (for more money) but they’re most associated with bunk beds. From experience shared rooms can have 4-12 beds at once

In SAN MYSHUNO , I suggest building a soviet-style khrushchevka (by the way, it's pronounced "xroo-shof-ka"). Those old-school, three to five stories high apartments, super old school, that were all built the same, basically! They usually had a little park or playground in the middle, with benches and stuff! The style of apartments and decor are super specific and cool!

I built some time ago on this lot an inspired Hotel du Palais from Biarritz, as luxurious french hotel fit for a honeymoon. The lighthouse reminded me of that place. You would do such a better work than I did ❤

Hi again 😁 For Willow Creek, you should do an older style hotel that matches the New Orleans architecture. Imagine old brick buildings, wrought iron gates and grand lobbies and plush furniture. Also a faux spiral staircase to get up through the floors with an elevator facade

The multi-unit rental lot type from the For Rent expansion pack! You can assign each room to a specific unit or label certain areas as common spaces! You can live on the lot as a landlord or you can rent out the unit of your choice like in City Living

Couples don't have to "poo in front of eachother" ever, not sure where you got that idea from. You don't go to the bathroom with your partner. Unless you're actually into that sort of thing and want to do it for some gross reason... The only scenario I can imagine that would happen is if it's a one bathroom house / apt and one of them is constipated and sitting there forever (or is out of toilet paper) and the other one HAS to leave home and needs to shower because they're really dirty for some reason (toothbrushes or other items can be passed). But this scenario has almost not chance of happening in a person's lifetime...
