You can save space by using thinner ply wood on the face of the box. You have the strength in the frames and the top so you don't need the thicker ply else where. That will give you your 1.5 inches almost back.

For walls etc I will be using thinner ply for sure, had some of the 3/4 leftover and wanted to put it to use and not hurt the wallet too much haha. Thanks for watching and the great suggestion!

Where are you putting the outlets?

The outlets will be placed in a few spots, one inside the “headboard” at the bed, one next to the fridge inside the cabinet, and one under the lounge!

instead of grinding out the bolt to fit the top of the wheel well, you should have just notched the wood.....
